I got a seat right behind the wing as you can see on the right. As usual with Ryanair, we didn't have to wait long for push back. We were flying on EI-DYY and we took off from runway 22 at Eindhoven Airport so we didn't have to taxi very far.
The takeoff was very turbulent as the weather wasn't very nice. While we were climbing the captain turned off the seat belt sign but he turned it on again later because there was some turbulence. It took a while before we got above the clouds, but when we got there, it was very nice. We got to cruising altitude and everyone started to do their own thing, I was listening to music. When we started to descend the sun was going down together with us. It gave a nice orange gloom on the wing as you can see on the right. When we touched down at runway 27 at Krakow Airport, the sun had already disappeared from our view.
I had a very pleasant flight with Ryanair, no problems and very good timing! On the right you can see the landing and takeoff videos. Please like, comment and subscribe!! |
I (Tom) was going to Poland for a school exchange with some students there. It had been a while since I'd flown so I was very excited. Also because it was the first time that I was flying while I was really into aviation. We arrived nicely on time, passed through customs fairly quick and after that we had a nice view on the airport and the planes at the gate. There were some small shops and you could buy a lot of stuff in the shops. When we finally could board the plane, I was one of the first people to get onto the airfield and actually board the Boeing 737-800. We went in at the front door.
The cabin crew started their routine with the catering and as you would expect with a low cost airlines, there was a lot of advertising too. When we got above Germany the clouds started to disappear and we could enjoy the flight even more.
